Our schedule is designed to fit around a busy work-life balance, offering early morning "Breakfast Club" sessions and evening classes. Whether you are looking for Self Defence in the immediate Goole , Thorne areas or elite Jiu Jitsu and No-Gi Grappling, we have a dedicated slot for you.

Beginner Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) Classes

New to the mats? Our Beginner Gi and Beginner No-Gi classes are the perfect entry point into martial arts. We focus on fundamental movements, technical precision, and practical self-defence.

Tuesday & Wednesday (Gi): 18:00

 Kids Martial Arts: Little Grippers

Building confidence, resilience and physical skills through discipline  with the best Kids Martial Arts in East Yorkshire. Our "Little Grippers" program is world-class, and we even offer a Parent & Me session on Saturdays to get the whole family involved.

Wrestling & Advanced Grappling

For those looking to take their combat sports to the next level, we offer specialized Wrestling and Advanced No-Gi sessions. These classes are high-intensity and focus on the technical transition from standing to the ground.

Thursday (Adv No-Gi): 19:00

Saturday (Wrestling): 11:00

 All Levels & Open Mat

If you're traveling from Thorne, Doncaster, Selby, or Scunthorpe, our "All Levels" sessions and Saturday "Open Mat" are the best way to get rounds in with a high-level squad.

  • Beginner Programme

    Beginner BJJ classes tailored to those just starting BJJ & Grappling - this is a bespoke environement where you are shown all the attacks, defenses, sweeps and counters you will need.

    This is taught GI and NOGI to give you a well rounded learning approach

  • Gi Class

    Utilising the traditional BJJ Gi or Kimono which is a comprehensive look at using the kimono to control and subdue your opponent

    Technical and methodical

  • NOGI Class

    Nogi (shorts & t shirt) is the grappling art of using bodily grips and pushes to control and submit your opponent. Fast paced & physical

  • Wrestling

    Standup classes where we focus on taking opponents from standing to the ground and ensuring they stay on the ground - Using Freestyle wrestling techniques

  • Open Mat / Rolling

    Live sparring where we put into practice everything we have learning. This is the doing element of Jiu Jitsu. Expect a solid workout

  • Little Grippers

    Our kids programme - covering 5-15 yrs ensuring kids are confident , bullyproof and socialised
